The Adult Ministry strives to encourage adults to abide in Jesus; having a life-giving connection to Him and trusting Him in their
everyday lives.
Adult Connection Groups   
Connection Groups are designed to Build Up Believers
• To live a spirit-filled, overcoming and victorious Christian life
• To actively participate in the faithful teaching and preaching of God’s Word
• To develop and use their gifts in the body of Christ

Adults Connection Groups meet on Sundays at 8:30, 9:30 and 11:00 AM

Discipleship

Our FBP Mission is to help all people experience new life in Jesus Christ. We have a process that helps us grow spiritually:
LIFT UP JESUS, BUILD UP BELIEVERS and REACH OUT TO OTHERS. Discipleship classes  (typically 4 week courses) are offered on Sunday evenings from 5 – 6:30PM each quarter to help you grow as a believer. You are encouraged to take the next step and participate in a discipleship class.

Young Adults

Our Young Adult Ministry consists of College Age thru 30 somethings looking to build community with others as we serve together, worship together and just hang out and play games together. Check out the Young Adult Ministry Page for more about what this age group is doing.

The Link

The Link is a ministry at FBP designed to build community within the church for middle aged adults - making connections, building friendships, encouraging one another, serving our community, and inviting friends to FBP. The Link gathers every other month for fun outings or mission projects. Check out the events page for info on what is taking place at The Link.

Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry of First Baptist Pasadena is designed for women of all ages to know that she is uniquely gifted by God. It is our desire for women to find a place to study the Word of God, and equip them to use the gifts that God has given them.

This Connection Group is for men who are married, single, divorced, separated, or widowed.  This is open to men interested in doing the Christian life together, holding each other up through God’s Word. We welcome all for fellowship, discipleship, and mentorship.

MEN OF THE KING Fellowship Center, Sundays 5 p.m. - (New Session beginning Fall of 2024) - Created & led by Harvey Munsart
You can’t BE IT if you can’t DEFINE IT! This life-changing discipleship course WILL teach you, through the power of God’s word, how to GROW your PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ and the life He purposed you to live. You will qualify to participate in the Year-End Banquet and Graduation Ceremony upon successful completion of the course. 

IRON MEN MEN’S BIBLE STUDY  Monday nights, 6:15-7:15 p.m.,  D142/144, Leader Vince Shrum  
Meet with a group of men who gather to read and discuss God’s Word and pray for each other in a small group setting.

MEN’S PRAYER GROUP Meeting at 6:30 a.m. on the first (Papa Yolk's Restaurant on Spencer Hwy) and third (E-150) Thursday of each month. Be a part of this faithful group of men who gather to pray for each other, our community, out nation, and our world.

HELPING HANDS This ministry helps widows and homebound members of the church with construction needs and goes on construction mission trips.
